Aerodynamic Module [ADM]
Technical Information
EPR Logo

The module offers high dust collection efficiency, with low maintenance efforts.

  • Most economical solution to material recovery and particulate collection
  • Efficiency (ADM 99% vs cyclone 80%)
  • Collects smaller particles (ADM >1.4 microns vs cyclone > 20 microns)
  • Reduce capital cost (ADM $18,000 vs cyclone $20,000) 10,000 ACFM
  • Reduce installation cost (ADM typically takes as little as 2 hours to install)
  • Improved housekeeping (ADM eliminates floor space required by cyclones)

    EPR's In-House Test Program
EPR maintains a test facility at its Massachusetts headquarters where a wide range of materials are tested on a single ADM in horizontal and vertical configurations. Companies interested in this innovative technology are invited to send samples of their dust to determine the performance of the ADM before purchasing a system.

Results of Corn Starch Tested on a Single ADM-200
    Result Graphic

**The collection efficiencies shown are based on the average of tests performed at 5"WC pressure drop on corn starch, specific gravity of 1.2, inlet dust concentration of 1.10gr/SCF, and a fractional particle size breakdown of 1.4 to 29 micron.
