EPR Inc. is engaged in the manufacture, distribution and sale of its patented particulate collection device, the Aerodynamic Module or ADM, and is the exclusive distributor for Simatek A/S Denmark.
Organized in 1992 and based in West Springfield, Massachusetts, EPR Inc. acquired the ADM technology together with the related world wide patent rights to the ADM from the inventor Iouri Bakharev. EPR Inc's initial efforts focused on testing of the ADM, worldwide patenting, building an experienced management team, and raising the capital necessary to carry out its mission. Today EPR Inc. offers the ADM as a pre-separator for most dry bulk products.In November 1997 EPR Inc. signed an exclusive license with Simatek A/S of Hoeng Denmark for the complete line of medium and low-pressure dust collectors and the unique gentle acting bucket elevators. The license allows EPR Inc. to import the products for sale to all customers in Canada, USA and Mexico, and to eventually build the collectors in EPR Inc.'s shops. EPR Inc. sells its products through a network of regional managers and representatives. |
