Universal elevators constitute a flexible and space-saving conveying system, designed for horizontal and vertical bulk moving operations. They are made as standard modules and are available in open or closed construction. Filling and discharge stations can be placed in numbers as required on the horizontal conveying sections, and can be operated manually, electrically, or pneumatically.

As optional equipment, EPR offers a built in washing system, with integrated nozzles to wash the buckets and chains, with a hot air drying system. A separate, mobile washing station with integrated soap dosing, pump, drier, and control unit is also available.

Because of their high quality universal elevators, EPR has obtained large market shares in the fields of fishfeed pellets with up to 35% contents of oil/grease, pet food, seed grain, detergents, chips, snacks, nuts, peanuts, noodles, carbon black, battery powder, epoxy flakes, dried sludge pellets, corn flakes, tobacco, frozen vegetable, etc.
